With hundreds of data functions available and the list constantly growing, scrolling through the flyout list to find "the right one" is inefficient, error-prone, and just bad UX. Sometimes, you don't want to search, or don't know what to search for.
Give admins the ability to organize them, reorder them, and add a level of folders to store similarly oriented DFs, depending on the domain they apply to.
