Please see the below use case.
Our end users would like to analyze a set of result parameters for various crops/groups.
we have created public bookmarks for each group according to their needs. They are able to use them.
The result parameters will keep varying very often for the crops, in this case they are not able to update according to new needs as it is created by the developers. Every time there is a change they need to come to developers for updating. This has become a tedious process.
So if there is a permission to update the public bookmarks by a set of users/group of users likely key business users it would be very quick resolution.
That way they can always have the updated ones to the end users.

Could you give more details about the intended use case for this?
Is it about enabling end-users to create bookmarks for others? create temporary bookmarks only for them as they analyze data?
