A single wafer might have between 100 and thousands of chips. Especially with a display of 25 wafers on the page, marking a single wafer can be challenging - one must draw a box around 1000 chips without accidentally marking neighboring chips, or without missing some on the wafer in question. If the marking is incomplete, this might mix up some wafer level computations to be done downstream. Ideally, marking all of the chips on a wafer would be a single action, such as a shift/ctrl -click on the trellis header to select one or a series of wafers. It is possible to have other viz that are aggregated by wafer, that would allow to mark a single object, but that takes up more screen real estate, and wafer maps already take most of it. Therefore a way to do this quickly and accurately is appreciated.
