Add method in IronPython API to export visualization (as-is) to Excel

Currently, the CreateDataWriter method is available to export to Excel (reference); however, this export strips any formatting in the underlying visualization - e.g., Table.

Spotfire v14.x offers an in-UI feature to export visualizations, as-is (reference); however, this functionality is not exposed via API.
