Add option for Widget for toolbar

this toolbar is not welcoming for user reading dashboard. i would like to propose using small icon for widget that would explode menu upon click and can be draggable to not hinder visibility of rest of page.

or at least if thats not possible heres my second proposal, make it transparent on blur event but make it solid again on hover.
