Cross Table Sticky Row Header Text

In cross tables, when there are multiple levels on the vertical axis and a lot of content so that the user needs to scroll vertically, the content of the top levels might scroll out of the displayed content.

There should be an option (or default) to make the cross table row header text sticky.
