Allow View -> Visualization Properties to edit all visualizations at once

At the moment the Tools -> Visualizations Properties (Preview) feature works well and allows to multi-select and multi-edit but only on the same page.

We want to extend this to work on multiple pages at once, and also to have an "apply to all visualizations", similar to this in color by document properties (see attachment)
