Allow Spotfire Analyst native connector for Google BigQuery to connect with service account

Our vendor that provides us with our cloud-hosted data in Google BigQuery provides service accounts for us to access the data in their project, but does not add our Google accounts to the project. Other tools like Microsoft Power BI allow analysts to connect to Google BigQuery using a service account rather than having to use a Google account.
