Adding label as image might be useful in various usecases, unfortunately typically you would like to align the image with some other layer and its points. At the moment for labels in the form of image in a map chart marker layer there is only slider and if defined, it is relative, it is responsive to the size of markers, changing with resizing of the dashboard but it is not connected with the actual coordinates and this is the problem that fixes size would fix.
