When using the ESRI Feature Service connector, I selected five tables to load simultaneously. One of the tables entered an infinite-loading state, and there was no option to stop only that specific table. The only available action was to cancel the entire operation and restart the process.
Proposal:
Enable users to cancel or stop a single data load while multiple tables are loading.
Display a Stop icon or control next to each table during the loading phase.
Cancelation should apply only to the selected table, without interrupting the others.
Benefits:
Prevents full restarts when one source hangs or fails.
Reduces waiting time and avoids losing progress.
Improves reliability when working with external services that may be slow or unstable.
No impact on existing workflows; this is an additive UX improvement.
Suggested scope:
Enhance the UI of the loading panel only—no changes required to data logic or compatibility.
