Thank you for the comment. I should have known this earlier. It have been 4 years since I started my dealing with Streaming but I never checked Concurrency Options. After reading the link through, throwing a chunk of section into an other module and invoking it through a Module Reference seems equivalent to what I requested originally.
Have you reviewed the Concurrency Options documentation? It sounds like you should be able to accomplish what you want with non-concurrent parallel regions (e.g., specifying a multiplicity of 1). If that doesn't meet your needs, please share more details explaining why so I can better understand the request. Thank you!
