Flexibility in "Size by" and "Color by" scales

Allow size by and color by to use log scales, segmented scales, intervals from another column. Allow rules in Size By (like Color By currently has).

Doing this should also reduce the padding between visuals, allowing the display of complex multivariate information without worry of resizing issues on page. New, interesting visuals could be created this way
