Allow undocked filter panel, tags, etc. to be drug onto a second monitor

Similar to the ability to have the dxp itself split between two monitors, I would like the ability to undock the filter the panel or tag panel and drag these to a second monitor.

Dark Color Scheme Icon Issue

I changed the theme to Dark for my report. However I want the background of my text area to be white. I added a dynamic item and the background of the triangle is showing up as black. I am requesting a way to make the background of icons transparent

Align selected visualizations

Frequently, only some of the visualizations on a page require re-alignment. For example, four visualizations re-aligned to an equal 4-box arrangement, and leaving the the (5th vis) text area to the left as-is.

Use both mouse buttons to orient a 3D scatter plot

I believe that in previous versions of Spotifire you were able to hold down both mouse buttons and freely rotate a 3D scatter plot. I'm using 7.6 now and this feature seems to have been removed. I would like this or something similar added back in.
