Set a text area filter that follows the filtering scheme

As a report developer I would like to be able to set a text area filter that follows the filtering scheme set for the page so that I can change a filter scheme for the page and keep the text are filter 'updated'

Evaluate expression used to limit data on either all data or filtered data

Customer wants to have an option to evaluate expression used to limit data on either all data or filtered data, just like what can be done on an axis. I guess currently the expression is always evaluated on all data.
