Set default color scheme from preference

Set default color scheme from Spotfire's preference. The point is to have a color scheme already set for all users, that represents the colors of the company, what is defined by the UX team. So the users didn't need to apply it everytime.

Please add option to export-rules / import-rules to only export/import (1) Automation Services schedules or (2)Scheduled Updates rules currently both are always exported / imported together.

Easy way to inventory licenses for multiple servers

This idea is requested by a current Spotfire customer. Multiple servers make it difficult to inventory licenses. Currently, each server goes in and exports license files, collects them, and aggregates them. Hope this can be improved.
