Initial Value of the parameter in the CustomSQL of the InDatabase Connector should be set to NULL

The initial value of the parameter in the CustomSQL has default value as '10' (for numeric data types) and 'test'(for alphanumeric data types). These should be NULL by default.

Possibility to support Chinese Characters in Statistica Spreadsheet

Currently it is not possible to have Chinese data in the sta files from other data sources and we can only add the variable names in Chinese, can we add this possibility to handle the China country specific data as text.

Customer would like to have the ability to use one click to turn all "Included" checkboxes ON/OFF in Import Settings dialog when loading data from file. This is extremely useful when only some of the columns are going to be imported into spotfire.
