Resolution Improvements for Web Player

Always should be on high resolution. Sharp resolution is at only a few display settings. Most folks using Web Player get non-HIGH definition.

Forecast even when any number of missing values between measurements.

Real data has missing values all the time (holidays, technical issues, user issues). Most data is not perfect.

$esc() should also take strings as argument
