Set default color scheme from preference

Set default color scheme from Spotfire's preference. The point is to have a color scheme already set for all users, that represents the colors of the company, what is defined by the UX team. So the users didn't need to apply it everytime.

Data Function New vs Insert

Merge register new with insert as it can be confusing to users. The process of registering a data function and then clicking run to embed it isn't as intuitive as it could be for new users. Could we remove this step somehow?
