It's currently not possible to pass a configuration block to open a report using Application Profiler, an acknowledged limitation that would be useful to address. It means that those reports that require parameters to be passed can't be analyzed using this tool.
It's currently possible using another "automation" capability - the "Open Analysis from Library" automation services job.
