Search by description for tables in a TDV data catalog

The ability to search for tables in a TDV data catalog (from the Files and data flyout) by description/annotation (in addtion to name/title) would make it easier to find tables in cases where the annotation field contains relevant information.

Be able to lock any visualization regardless of layout

Currently, only certain visualizations can be locked and in many cases you may want to lock different visualizations and that isn't possible.

API to set the page scroll position

For Spotfire pages that are taller or wider than the screen, I would like to be able to set the scroll position through the API. This could enable me to scroll a specific visualization into view.

Vertical alignment of table and cross table values

Customer wants to align the values in table/cross table vertically. Currently, values will always be displayed at the top of the cell when row height is set to values larger than 1. Customer wants the values displayed in center.
