Improved Label Placement in Charts

Currently there are situations where the auto-placement of the labels in a chart is not intuitive.

If possible, a large improvement for this would be to compare the values and position the labels according to the values.

For instance, if there are 2 lines charted and for a given x value, the y value for line 1 equals 0.3 and the y value for line 2 equals 0, then the value label for line 1 should be shown above the value label for line 2.

Currently there are instances where this is not the case (example attached), and this is confusing for users viewing the chart.

    Agrred. Labels should (is possible) not overlap, maybe move a bit and add connector lines
