    Load KMZ file

    It will be useful if spotfire be able to load Kmz extension file. It's another kind of georeference file, like a Shape file.This kind of file is used in Google Earth.

    Add GeoJSON column type

    Spotfire can already parse geoJSON files and ESRI using geoJSON as a type to be accessed through their API. If the column type existed we could use geoJSON through a database connection to TDV.

    Polygon marking in maps and scatterplots

    Sometimes I like to mark data in a polygon shape. I use Spotfire's Lasso marking for this, which is nice, but in some cases it would have been easier to make exact markings using a polygon marking mode to exactly click on the points of the polygon.
