fix Information Designer dialog freeze when saving data source

Currently Information Designer dialog freezes when saving data source in, especially when it takes long time to test connection with target database. Customer hope this be fixed to improve usability. Thanks.

Remove dragging of folders in Information Designer

Remove the ability to drag folders to move them in the Information Designer. The function is rarely used deliberately and it's too easy to accidentally move a folder and then struggle to find it again.

Streaming should support Mac arm64 processors for development on Mac
