Option to call R scripts saved in Enterprise from R node

add an option to call R scripts within R code saved in enterprise to have an option to centrally administer special R libraries (same for python). This option can be similar to '#Uses in SVB.

Make it possible to add the filter summary to a text area

The filter panel now has a nice filter summary that appears at the bottom of the filter panel. We should be able to drop that filter summary into the text area. That would help avoid confusion about what filters were applied on a page.

Disallow some users to edit the text area (they still be able to use it to perform tasks originally intended)

So some user won't be able to change the intended functionality of the text area and messed it up. Will create lots of call to supports.

Distribution Fitting- Poisson: Plot the first value of the Poisson fit over the entire area for X = 0 (i.e. from -0.5 to +0.5, not only from 0.0 to 0.5.

Please see the attached file of a typical output, which shows that the expected value is only plotted over one half of the interval centered at zero.
