Button in Text Area ribbon menu to toggle between `HTML` and regular `Text Area` modes

Currently, users have to right-click > Edit Text Area/HTML to toggle between modes. Adding a button in Text Area ribbon menu to toggle between the two facilitates editing and allow quick preview of changes.
