Allow transformations for external (in-db) data tables

One should have the possibility to define transformations on data canvas for external (in-db) tables. Also a possibility to review the data should be possible.

Rename multiple columns should be more efficient

Only a single column can be-named in each column renaming step. This should be possible for several columns in the same way one can change the column type for columns with a single transformation.

Show progress bar when opening a dashboard

Amazon Redshift connector OAuth support

The Amazon Redshift connector should support Open ID Connect / OAuth2 as authentication / authorization option. If I'm logged into Spotfire using OIDC with a shared identity provider I expect SSO to Amazon Redshift.
