Short Number Formatting to Include Billion/Trillion

Currently, when you format a value to "Use Short Number Format," there is no way for it to display labels larger than million. It will show K for 000s, and M for 000,000s. I think it would be extremely useful for a Billion/Trillion option.

show percentage or value independently from the type of label (bar segment or complete bar) on a stacked bar chart

Set the complete label to be percentage or value regardless of the label type (bar segment or complete bar). In other words, have that option for each type of label as per the attached image.
