    Allow smaller font sizes in bar charts

    Currently the smallest font size I can select from the dropdown list is 6. Pls allow smaller sizes eg 4. I hope that this way I can show more numbers in barcharts that have many bars.

    I am using the COMadaptR library to run R scripts in customized SVB macros. For debugging purposes it is necessary to either make the R instance created by COMadaptR visible, or let COMadaptR connect to an existing (and visible) R instance.
