Allow Web Player user to export marked data from either a visualization or a data table

*Current behavior:*The Web Player has no option for the user to mark rows in either a data table or a visualization, then export the marked rows. *Requested behavior:* Ability to export marked data from the Web Player.

Increase Statistica R support to version 4.0 or greater

Statistica 14 support only covers R up to version 3.6.1, which is about 4 - 5 years old. Isn't Tibco TERR already compatible with R version 4.0 at this point? Can we please bring Statistica up to par?
