Button in Text Area ribbon menu to toggle between `HTML` and regular `Text Area` modes

Currently, users have to right-click > Edit Text Area/HTML to toggle between modes. Adding a button in Text Area ribbon menu to toggle between the two facilitates editing and allow quick preview of changes.

Automate Summary Table > Cross Table that preserves configuration

I believe that any Summary Table can also be expressed as a Cross Table. When I switch visualizations from a summary to cross table, I lose all the configuration that I set up. That should not happen.
