Show more than 250 colors in the legend

Please increase the MaxValuesPerLegendItem from 250 to 1000 or more. In the manufacturing field, it is now common to apply 500 or more colors to each defect category and identify them with a legend.

Web Data Entry: Add option to set specific columns to be fixed within DES

It would be helpful to mark certain columns as "fixed" within DES, that the are always shown while scrolling through wide / long DES. Same as the "fixed headers" option, but for selected labels/chars.
