Color Rules for Combination Charts

The Combination Charts doesn't allow to use Color Rules for the Series. this is a great feature the customers used a lot on other visualisations but they couldn't use it on the Combination Chart that is a very used visualisation type.

Programatically change axis title colours

Enalbe users to change axis title colors with IronPython. This would be useful with something like a combination chart to have axis titles and the axis line match the color of the series to increase ease of reading.
