Integrated admin tool or feature for multiple SB instances

To my knowledge, each separate SB instance has its own CLI admin tool. It means when there are multiple instances, customers require to touch multiple CLI admin tools. Can we have a feature that manages multiple SB instances in one place?

Scheduling & Routing window - Filter no enabled rules

As admin user, I have access to the Scheduling & Routing window. In this window I can filter successfully loaded, loading, enabled or fail rules, but I cannot filter disabled rules.
