Permanently modify the path where TERR looks for packages

When updating TERR we found via 'libPaths()' that 2 paths were set. We need it to be configured not with the first resulting path but the other, so we need to permanently change the 'libPaths()' configuration, but we didn't found a way to do it.

Custom expression function to format data(numeric/datetime,etc) like String.Format([column], "c# format string")
