Custom visualizations need to show up in the 'Create Details Visualization' and 'Switch Visualization To' context menus

With respect to custom visualizations implemented using the SDK, we are unable to add them to the create details visualization menu. There needs be an option to add custom charts in 'Create Details Visualization' menu.
