Sort values or items by dragging

It is tedious to repeatedly press buttons such as "Move Up" "Move Down" to rearrange values in "Sort Order" of "Column properties" or to rearrange items in "Organize Filters". I would like to be able to move them easily by dragging the mouse.

Can the Lib Admin tool please correctly sort the folder permissions?

This has been in existence for like ever, and it's super annoying. In the LA tool, folder permissions are not sorted (!). So in our real-world scenarios, we have many users or groups on a folder, and it's very inefficient to near impossible to fin...
