Vertical combination chart

Be able to turn combination charts and line charts to show vertical lines/horizontal bars like what we have for bar charts. When there are long categorical names, the chart doesn't always look nice in the x-axis.

PassThrough enabled on ALL adaptors and operators

In a lot of case there is a need to have to ability to pass through some fields. Not all the adaptors and operators have this capability.
