Add Let's Encrypt CA certificates to TDV truststores (BD, TDV, Studio)

Let's Encrypt is a large CA, and the chance of a TDV installation connecting to SSL datasources signed by them is quite high, Having their certificate already present in the TDV truststores would make life just a tiny bit easier.

Option to copy the attributes/styling/sizing of visualizations in a dashboard

If there are multiple (like 10 or 20) visualizations in the same page, to be able to style/size/change attributes, there should be an option to copy paste them.
