Static filters in in-database connectors (remove rows)

It should be possible to filter out rows based on an expression as global filter attributes. E.g. CREATED date > sysdate-365 or ROW_NUM<1000001 (Useful when debugging queries that have long run time to load a data subset

In the Exclude Columns Transformation Include a "Search Bar" for the "Exclude:" Items

There is a search bar on the "Include:" side of the Exclude Columns Transformation, can we get one for the "Exclude:" side. It would significantly improve finding columns that were accidentally "excluded" that need to be re-included.
