Toolbar for new items operation

In the TDV Studio traversing through the folders, creating new items now requires a right click > New > New <option here>. It would be nice to have a toolbar or keyboard shortcut to allow speed up developments.

Recursive CTE Support

I need to be able to query TDV views recursively. CTEs are great for this, but currently I just get the error "invalid table" when referring to the CTE name within the CTE.

Infer data types by introspecting csv files

The TDV standard File-Delimited adapter introspects all columns in the CSV file as VARCHAR type. It would save time if the data types were inferred by looking at the data in the CSV file.
