Scheduled updates to cache personalized data / information links

The customer here would like even better support for personalized information links within scheduled updates. Since the implementation of TSWP-2911 it's possible to exclude personalized data from what scheduled updates puts in the cache. This enhancement request is about being able to let scheduled updates load personalized data but still keep it personalized, so that scheduled updates caches all data but end users should only be able to access what they should have access to.
