Retain color scheme when changing color expression

It would be nice if the system would retain custom color schema when you change the 'color by' parameter. There are many times when I would like to be able to switch between color by parameters and keep the same color scheme. currently is goes to the default scheme whenever you switch

    Was this implemented? It certainly doesn't work when you are using data from an OLAP cube... then it resets all colours.
