Since 3.3, it's possible to change the TS Client loggning level from the Help menu > Support Diagnostics and Logging. The other thing support normally asks a I to do (when troubleshooting client crashes) is to set DisableWindowsErrorReporting to true in Spotfire.Dxp.Main.dll.config. Ideally this should also be possible to do in the Support Diagnostics and Logging dialog.
