I here would like to better the support for the use of personalized information links within scheduled updates. I would like to be able to take advantage of Scheduled Updates, i.e. allowing data to be loaded in memory such that user experience for loading a file is quick, and also apply personalization to that data.
I am adding the following:
"In the past, the enhancement request has been to allow one to select which tables in a analysis are loaded with Scheduled Updates and then other tables are loaded when the file is brought up. This would allow one to cache the data table and then load the personalized information link when I accesses the file. While this would be a good enhancement, the main feature we need is some way to present personalized data to I and still have the advantages of Scheduled Updates. The use case is to provide I with personalized data and quick load time (e.g. Scheduled Updates) and allow sharing of data across I so that memory usage is optimized."
