Move Automation Services into the 21st century

The way Automation Services currently works reminds me of Windows 3.1.

It would be great if it could work in the same way as Scheduled Updates are currently working in 7.6.  A nice uniform and integrated setup environment where users don't have to generate XML and then copy it to a server directory on the hard drive and then set up a windows schedule to kick off the job.
