Define a navigational tab width

I think it would be good to be able to set a minimum and maximum tab width on the navigational panel.

This would allow a uniform look no matter the length of the tab text.

At the moment if you have a long tab name and a shorter one next to each other it looks as if the smaller tab is not as significant due to the size of the navigational tab.
