Customers in companies can be divided into two groups - specialized users for certain areas (like sales, purchase) with limited access to folders and general users like board members who can see all the content. For board members it is sometimes difficult to search the special content in the subfolders. The option is that the analyses are duplicated and put into "their" folder to be there in one place for them. This is not optimal for maintenance and resource usage. Users can make bookmarks in the browser but this is not optimal also. I suggest that users could make favourites on the web or if there is an option that in folders there would be only shorcuts to the analysis.

Agreed. We have users who are looking for ways to bookmark directly on the library browser window. Similar to something like a Firefox welcome page, where in addition to recent analyses, you can bookmark and save favourites there as well.
