Restrict Users access to dashboard tabs Merged

Goal:

The System Administrator wants to restrict users so that they can only access certain tabs of the dashboard.

Details:

Customer wants to restrict the access to the users, based on tabs (pages in a report) .
The benefit of this enhancement would be that the same report can be reused for granting permissions to different users based on tabs.

eg: User1 has permission to page1
User2 has permission to page2
User3 had permission to page1 & page2.

In the report we should be able to restrict the permissions such that when user1 logs in ,he would see only page1 and not page2.
whereas when user3 logs in, he would see both page1 & page2
