Scroll to values in a cross table if the dimensions are drawn outside original plot area

In a cross table with more vertical axes columns than will fit in the window, the horizontal scroll bar does appear, but moving it has no effect on the columns displayed. The horizontal scroll bar simply has no effect at all. It is not possible to scroll to the last columns in this cross table. They remain hidden and there is no way to see them. If the full cross table with a row hierarchy does not fit in the visualization area it should be possible to scroll to see the rest of it.

See attached screenshot of the current behavior.
