Ability to disable "freeze column" functionality for categorical columns in Cross Table visualziation Merged

The scroll bar in cross tables seems to only apply to the value columns. All of the categorical columns (the vertical axis) are frozen on the screen (like the freeze functionality in Excel). Therefore, if a cross table visualization has enough categorical columns to fill up the screen, the visualization gives the impression that the scroll bar is not actually scrolling.  I imagine the scroll bar is actually scrolling, but all the "frozen" categorical columns are filling the screen, and the scroll bar is scrolling between columns that hidden off screen.  I don’t see any options to disable this frozen column functionality. Such functionality would be greatly appreciated and utilized.
